Refund & Returns Policy

At Ambaara, every piece is made, packed, and checked with care before dispatch. Since our products are handcrafted, limited-edition, and often made in small batches, we follow an exchange-only policy.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once an order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Refunds will only be considered in rare cases where:

The product is unavailable after payment.
The order cannot be fulfilled by Ambaara.
A wrong or defective product is delivered and replacement is not possible.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept general returns.

Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

Wrong product received.
Manufacturing defect.
Size issue, subject to size availability.

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

360-Degree Opening Video Required

A clear 360-degree parcel opening video is compulsory for any exchange, damage, or missing item claim.

The video must clearly show:

The sealed package before opening.
The full opening and unboxing process.
The product received.
The issue or defect, if any.

Without this video, exchange or damage claims cannot be accepted.

Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for exchange, the product must be:

Unused and unworn.
Unwashed.
With original tags and packaging.
Free from perfume, stains, damage, or alteration.

Any product that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.

Customized / Made-to-Order Pieces

Customized and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, unless there is a manufacturing defect from our side.

Sale / Launch Offer Products

Products purchased during sale, discount, or launch offer are not eligible for refund.

Exchange will only be considered in case of wrong product, manufacturing defect, or size issue, subject to size availability.

Return Shipping

For size exchanges, return shipping has to be arranged and paid by the customer.

If the mistake is from Ambaara’s side, we will assist with the exchange process.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as processing starts soon after payment.
